These terms cover buying from Latherlys: how an order is accepted, how it is fulfilled, and what happens if a formula is not right for you.
Orders
An order is a request to buy. It is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send you a confirmation. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.
Fulfilment
Orders are shipped directly from our formulation partner. Delivery estimates are indicative and typically run three to five business days within the United States.
Returns
If a formula is not right for your hair, contact us within sixty days of delivery for a refund — opened or unopened.
